The Planning and Land Use Committee’s purpose is to advocate and voice the interest of our community. We track, review and provide advice on new developments, and land use matters in our neighborhood. Our goal is to encourage sustainable, transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly, and creative architecture, compatible with existing uses and responsive to our local environment and history.

- SAN PEDRO COMMUNITY PLAN UPDATE: The Los Angeles Department of City Planning has completed the update to the San Pedro Community Plan. The updated San Pedro Community Plan becomes effective today, June 26, 2018.
