Per Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-25-20 (March 12, 2020) and N-29-20 (March 17, 2020), these meetings will only be conducted via video conferencing and by telephone. 

The meeting agenda and presentation materials will be made publicly available at least 72 hours in advance at www.aqmd.gov/fbmsm. More information on the Facility-Based Mobile Source Measure for Commercial Marine Ports, including drafts of previously proposed Memoranda of Understanding between South Coast AQMD and the ports can be found here.
